the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the city center and it was pretty convenient.
I found lizard poop on the bed. Housekeeping took three days for them to put up the mosquito net i asked for and address the problem.

I appreciated the breakfast. It had many vegetarian options. The complimentary afternoon tea included Balinese snacks. The hotel also provides a shuttle into town frequently.
The villas need maintenance. I noticed cracked and discolored walls. Bathroom blinds didn't work properly, I had to call housekeeping. I also spotted clumps of dust.
